About the Role:With a key focus on customer and clinical excellence, the Clinical Specialist is primarily responsible for providing exceptional service by offering solutions to Surgeons and Medical/Healthcare professionals across Arthrex's product portfolio including Sports Medicine & Arthroscopy, Distal Extremities & Traumatology, and Orthobiologics.
Key Responsibilities:Developing effective relationships and liaising with Surgeons and Theatre staff; providing support for products/solutions that addresses customer's pain pointsIdentifying customer needs and optimising on opportunities and presenting product informationProviding in-theatre clinical support during cases, delivering in-servicing for customers, working with the sales representative on territoryEnsuring that all service/support that is needed to ensure successful surgical case outcomes is coordinatedTerritory: Tasmania Requirements:Background as a Theatre or Scrub Nurse with experience in Orthopaedics OR clinical support experience within a medical device company (this will be highly regarded)Demonstrates a collaborative mindset with a focus on building long term, trust-based relationshipsExcels in communication, time management, and prioritisation across competing demandsHighlights, Benefits and Remuneration:Clinical OT case support focusExcellent leadership with ongoing training & developmentRepresent market leading products for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics in high demand$80k-$100k salary (depending on experience) + car allowance + bonus + super
