Project Officer (Tibetan Community)
An exciting opportunity exists for a Tibetan-speaking Project Officer to join the Multicultural Health Service in the Northern Sydney Local Health District and support the health and well-being of the largest Tibetan community in Australia.

Remuneration:$1,****** – $2,****** per week

What You'll Be Doing
The Project Officer will work with health services, stakeholders and community members to achieve better health outcomes, improved health literacy and better access to health services for the local Tibetan community.
Candidate Criteria
Tertiary qualifications in health, welfare, social science or related fields, or working towards them.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of health services, experiences of refugees and humanitarian entrants and the impact of torture and trauma on individuals, families and communities.
Demonstrated competencies in computer-based applications including the Microsoft suite of products and email and ability to learn the CHOC Electronic Medical Record system.
