With a growing portfolio in residential, commercial, and civil infrastructure projects, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality outcomes with integrity, efficiency, and safety at the core of every build.Role Overview:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to lead and oversee our quality systems and ensure compliance across all projects.
This role will play a critical part in maintaining AAAK Projects' reputation for excellence in construction standards, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage the company's Quality Management System (QMS) across project lifecyclesMonitor on-site processes to ensure alignment with company policies, industry standards, and legislative requirementsConduct regular quality audits, inspections, and reviews of construction activities and documentationCollaborate with project teams to identify risks, non-conformances, and areas for improvementDevelop corrective and preventative action plans and monitor their effectivenessLiaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities on quality compliance issuesMaintain training records and ensure QA procedures are understood and followed by staff and subcontractorsPrepare and present reports on QA performance to senior managementRequired Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related disciplineMinimum 3 years of experience in a quality management or site compliance role in the construction sectorStrong knowledge of ISO 9001 and relevant construction legislation and standardsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and a proactive approach to quality and risk managementFamiliarity with QA software and reporting toolsDesirable:Lead Auditor certification or relevant QA trainingExperience in both civil and commercial construction environmentsWhat We Offer:Competitive salary (AUD $95,000 – $110,000)Opportunity to lead quality initiatives across high-profile projectsSupportive, professional work environmentLong-term role with a company focused on growth and developmentHow to Apply:Send your resume and cover letter - Apply here.Join AAAK Projects and help us build a stronger future—where quality is never compromised.
