About the Role
This is a full-time position with flexibility to work morning, day, evening shifts, weekdays and weekends as required.
We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $***** per hour for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Lead by example through best service practices and support the team to provide friendly, helpful advice to customers.
Coach the team through guidance on appropriate service behaviours.
Help onboard and train new team members by providing training and induction support.
Maintain merchandising standards to ensure all merchandising meets business requirements.
Manage and coordinate stock effectively.
Respond to customers and foster a positive environment.
We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate shares a genuine passion for retail and customer service and complements the store leadership team.
You will have previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate open communication, and have a genuine interest in coaching and developing others.
Qualifications
The ability to guide, support, coach, and provide feedback, to bring out the best in your team.
Results-driven, team player, approachable and confident with customers.
Enthusiastic about learning new products and staying on the frontline across retail hours.
Energetic, flexible and adaptable.
