About the Role:
Senior Physiotherapists are required to provide high-quality, culturally safe physiotherapy services in clinic, at home, and in remote communities.
They will deliver evidence-based care, mentor junior clinicians, and contribute to continuous improvement and service development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, culturally appropriate physiotherapy services in clinic, at home, and in remote communities.
* Provide assistive technology assessments and family-centred therapy programs.
* Manage your own caseload efficiently, ensuring documentation and reporting meet NDIS and professional standards.
* Lead, mentor, and provide clinical supervision to junior team members.
* Contribute to service quality, improvement initiatives, and a positive team culture.
What You Will Need:
* Current AHPRA Registration as a Physiotherapist.
* Demonstrated experience in independent clinical practice and caseload management.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and report writing skills.
* Ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
* Current NT Driver's Licence and Ochre Card (Working with Children Check).
* Postgraduate or specialist qualifications (e.g. paediatrics, rehabilitation, or rural/remote health).
