Enterprise Architecture Governance Lead

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide architecture governance frameworks.
* Facilitate architectural review boards and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
* Define and champion architectural standards, policies, and design patterns.
* Oversee compliance, risk management, and regulatory alignment across technology domains.
* Apply governance principles to the full lifecycle of telco assets for performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
* Evaluate and implement tooling to support architecture governance and asset oversight.
* Engage cross-functional stakeholders to embed governance and resolve architectural conflicts.
* Mentor architects and contribute to capability uplift across the enterprise architecture function.
* Align architectural decisions with broader technology, network, and corporate strategies.
Requirements:
* Deep experience in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
* Strong governance expertise and a track record of implementing architecture oversight.
* Telecommunications industry knowledge, especially in asset management and infrastructure.
* Technical breadth across GIS, CMDBs, cloud platforms, data architecture, and cybersecurity.
* Proven ability to influence and lead without direct authority across diverse teams.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior-level engagement.
* Pragmatic decision-making and problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
