About This Opportunity
As a key member of our team, you will spearhead efforts to deliver an exceptional guest experience to all current and prospective guests in alignment with our organisational charter.
You will be responsible for training, developing and holding accountable the performance of our Guest Experience Officers and driving results across all programs provided by the facility.
* Achieve set targets
* Provide an exceptional guest experience in person and over the phone to existing and prospective members and guests
* Conduct tours of the centre/facility with the goal of converting prospective members to ongoing subscriptions
* Process memberships and data entry in accordance with company processes and policies
