Our client, a leading construction organisation, is seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to join their team and lead a major change initiative.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance
- Work with key stakeholders to assess the impact of proposed changes and develop plans to mitigate risks and address concerns
- Identify and manage resistance to change and develop plans to address issues that arise
- Develop and deliver effective communication and training programs to support successful change adoption
- Measure and track progress and ensure that change initiatives are implemented on time and within budget
- Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to help them successfully lead change initiatives
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment and coordination of change initiatives across the organization
**Key skills**:
- Extensive experience in change management.
- Proven track record of successfully leading major organisational change initiatives from planning to implementation.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and manage through ambiguity and uncertainty.
