As a Strategic Account Manager, you will strengthen relationships with our C-Level, Fortune 1000, and other large corporate clients. The job involves relationship management with important CSC customers, handling client issues as they arise, and strategically partnering with our largest customers. This position requires extensive client contact, including some face-to-face meetings. To be selected for this role, outstanding customer service and relationship management skills are essential. This role is suited for someone who values long-term relationships and seeks a career working with cutting-edge technology and global internet branding.
What You'll Do For Us:

Build relationships with C-Level Executives
Manage customer relationships and drive growth in assigned accounts
Maintain relationships, lead account planning, and identify opportunities
Plan, facilitate, and/or conduct negotiations for assigned accounts
Prioritize opportunities and develop overall account plans for assigned accounts
Ensure revenue growth and customer satisfaction in assigned accounts
Plan and execute effective sales calls
Develop a deep understanding of the customers' business goals and objectives
Work on client briefs, hold face-to-face meetings, and conduct telephone calls
Liaise with CSC’s marketing team to create industry-specific campaigns
Maintain thorough, up-to-date notes, leads, quotations, and contracts through our CRM system
Develop effective client presentations
Stay informed about news in the industry sector
Network by attending industry-specific events and trade shows
Share sales, product knowledge, and ideas with team members
This position is not commission-based

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

Comfort and experience working with C-level executives
Account management experience preferred
Background in intellectual property preferred
Business development skills
Proven ability to handle detail-oriented, multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle escalated client issues effectively
Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Strategic thinking to meet clients’ needs
Energetic and enthusiastic approach to assisting customers
Effective communication and organizational skills (verbal and written)
Strong business acumen
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
Proficiency in MS Office applications
