We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead the development of SANY's
telehandler (telescopic handler)
business across Eastern Australia. This position focuses on building a strong distribution network and acquiring key clients in the construction and rental sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage local dealers or channel partners, ensuring product and service capability.
Identify and engage major clients in the construction and industrial sectors.
Lead the full sales process, including customer engagement, technical discussions, quotation, contract negotiation, and delivery coordination.
Track and follow up on payment milestones and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Work with after-sales and technical teams to coordinate support and problem resolution.
Collect customer and market feedback to support product optimization and localization in collaboration with the R&D; team.
Monitor regional sales performance and provide periodic reports to management.
Requirements
Diploma or higher in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum
3 years of sales experience
in construction equipment or relevant industries.
Familiarity with telehandlers or similar machinery is highly preferred.
Strong ability to develop and manage business relationships with dealers and key accounts.
Willingness to travel frequently across NSW, VIC, and QLD.
Mandarin is a plus for communication with head office.
The base pay range for this position is $120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr.
