Your Role
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily Front of House operations, maintaining exceptional service standards, and fostering a positive team culture.
You'll play an integral role in ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, seamless, and memorable dining experience.

Support the Restaurant Manager in leading and motivating the Front of House team
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth, efficient service delivery
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar to maintain clear communication and coordination
Deliver attentive and professional guest service aligned with The Sundays' relaxed luxury ethos
Assist with staff onboarding, training, and ongoing development
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
Handle guest feedback with professionalism and discretion
Contribute to a positive workplace culture built on teamwork and excellence
What we're looking for
You are an experienced hospitality professional who leads by example and thrives in a dynamic, premium environment.
With strong communication and leadership skills, you inspire your team to deliver exceptional service while maintaining a calm and confident presence.
To be successful, you will need
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a quality dining venue or luxury resort
Strong understanding of restaurant operations and service standards
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Food safety and hygiene knowledge (essential)
Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar qualification (preferred)
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings
A passion for creating memorable guest experiences and fostering team success
