Disaster Recovery Case Manager
Our team is seeking an experienced Disaster Recovery Case Manager to join our growing organization. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage complex cases and provide high-level customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing resident experiences throughout the recovery program, including regular site visits and case management issues. They will also work closely with estimating and building teams to ensure residents understand the repair works process and provide personalized customer service.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent Human Services tertiary qualification. Experience in delivering responsive services to people with complex needs and working with vulnerable populations is highly regarded.
