Operational Services Officer
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our office operations, coordinate meetings, manage travel and accommodation, cover reception and oversee staff onboarding/offboarding.
Main Responsibilities
* Accurately input financial and operational data into the ERP system, including invoicing, procurement, inventory, and month-end activities.
* Process transactions correctly, manage accounts payable, and ensure job costing data is entered and maintained accurately.
* Ensure timely and accurate billing, cost allocation, purchase orders, and supplier/subcontractor payments.
* Deliver data integrity, support financial performance reviews, and meet month-end deadlines.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in an administration role.
* Proficient in core administrative competencies including spreadsheeting and document writing/formatting (intermediate use of Microsoft Office 365 applications).
* High level of accuracy in data entry and document preparation. Thoroughness in completing tasks and following up as required.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, building strong relationships at all levels.
* Self-motivated, proactive and committed to continuous learning and development.
