About the role
As a site coordinator at RMK Precast you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day of our construction projects and is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional to apply their expertise to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.
What you'll be doing
* Coordinate and oversee the work of construction teams and subcontractors to ensure project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols are met
* Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to effectively communicate progress, address challenges, and implement solutions
* Monitor and report on project performance, including labour, materials, and equipment usage
* Identify and resolve operational issues on site in a timely manner
* Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
What we're looking for
* Experience (3+ years) in a similar supervisory or foreperson role within the construction industry
* Strong understanding of construction processes (Precast experience preferable) methods, and materials, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Proven track record of effectively managing and coordinating construction teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders
* Ability to problem solve, make decisions, and implement solutions in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in the use of construction management software and technologies
* Australian Permanent Residency or Australian citizenship required
