The Role
Full-time based at our Epping Head Office - 76 hours per fortnight
We are seeking a detail oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team. In this role, you will ensure supplier invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time, supporting the smooth financial operations of our Home Care, Residential Aged Care, and Retirement Living services.
Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers, you will help maintain strong financial controls while contributing to high quality services for our clients and residents.

Key Responsibilities
* Process supplier invoices and contractor payments accurately and within agreed payment terms
* Validate invoices against service delivery and contracts
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
* Maintain accurate vendor records and cost centre coding
* Prepare payment runs and assist with month-end activities
* Process refunds, reimbursements, and financial adjustments
* Support Medicare claims processing and aged care funding compliance
* Assist with audits and contribute to process improvements
Requirements
What You'll Bring
* 2+ years' experience in Accounts Payable
* Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Intermediate Excel skills and ability to learn new systems
Desirable
* Experience in Aged Care, Health, Disability, or Government-funded sectors
* Experience with finance systems such as AlayaCare, Epicor, or Medicare portals
