We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations.
This role involves working closely with the Village & Catering Managers to ensure a smooth and profitable kitchen operation. Key responsibilities will include managing inventory, planning menus, and supervising kitchen staff.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in managing high-volume kitchens. They will also be able to work independently and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment.
