We're looking for an Employer Partnership Manager to build and strengthen strategic relationships across a portfolio of employers, enhancing the UniSuper brand while driving employer engagement and membership growth.
In this externally focused role, you'll act as a trusted partner to employers, delivering value‐adding solutions aligned to their current and future needs. You'll develop tailored account and relationship management plans, identify business development opportunities, and collaborate closely with internal specialists to deliver outstanding employer and member experiences.
This role plays a critical part in growing employer partnerships, increasing brand presence, and supporting member retention across pre‐ and post‐retirement stages.
About you
You're a confident relationship builder with strong commercial acumen and a passion for delivering outcomes. You bring experience building and maintaining senior stakeholder relationships in a commercial environment, ideally within superannuation or financial services.
You'll also bring:
* Proven experience in account management, relationship management, or business development
* A strong understanding of customer loyalty and growth strategies
* Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
* The ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across teams
* RG 146 compliance with relevant tertiary qualifications and/or industry experience
* High integrity, initiative, and strong organisational skills
* Experience using CRM systems, data, and insights to drive performance
* Experience across defined benefit and accumulation superannuation environments is desirable.
