Role Overview
This is a challenging role that requires a strong understanding of end-to-end process and industry knowledge within energy and general utilities.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for helping customers holistically understand their path from the current SCM world into the more advanced Business Suite world. This involves working alongside account teams in software evaluation processes, developing SAP-centric solution scenarios, preparing implementation plans, and defining outcomes that lead to overall customer success.
The candidate will also act as a conduit between customers and product management/engineering, prioritizing product roadmaps with customer needs.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects and providing thought leadership advice to colleagues and partners on solution design, implementation challenges, and deployment options.
The candidate should have excellent communication skills, both technical and business-focused, and be passionate about technology, innovation, and digital platforms that solve business challenges.
