You’ll manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals. Your ability to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and build relationships is key to success. You should be adaptable, resilient, results-driven, and passionate about making a real impact.What You’ll Be DoingManage the full sales cycle within the Mid Market territory, from prospecting to closing.Exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities, building pipelines, and converting leads.Negotiate with decision-makers, handle pricing discussions, and secure agreements.Build lasting relationships, positioning Sonder as a trusted partner.Provide insights that challenge thinking and inspire action on employee mental health.Who Are We Looking For?The ideal candidate has a growth mindset, is passionate, self-motivated, and committed to high-quality work.
