We are looking for two enthusiastic Sales Representatives who are driven to succeed in a team environment to take on two NSW based territories, one will be repping massive Just Country brands such as Just Country Australia, Stetson, Roper, Sunbody, Tin Haul, Troxel and Tru Western across Southern NSW. The other will be repping Ariat from Orange to the Victorian and South Australian borders and Ariat and the JCA brands across the entirety of New Zealand.
The successful candidates will be go getters, motivated, team players, who are self starters and organized, with exceptional communication skills to both connect with existing customers and drive new sales.
The lowdown:
Representing global brands who are industry leaders, you will love selling our high-quality apparel, footwear and more. You have the drive and influencing skills to maintain and increase current revenue through the effective assessment of customer needs, of both our well-established and exciting new products.
You also love hitting the road in your company-maintained vehicle – there’s a significant amount of travel to service our network of equine retailers, consumers, and attending trade shows is a necessity for the role. For the Ariat repping role this can be We work on a seasonal, 6 cycle year, so a typical quarter consists of at least 4-6 weeks of travel with any non-travel time being used to plan, follow up, document and develop strategies for this customer data base.
Preference will be given to the candidates who possess the following:
1. A successful relationship builder with demonstrated ability to achieve significant sales targets
2. Over 2 year’s previous sales experience
3. Rural and / or equestrian industry experience and, or interest preferred but not essential
4. 3 + years of Retail experience in the industry
5. An eye for fashion and trends
