The Opportunity
Be the welcoming face of UniSC! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, managing enquiries, delivering exceptional front‐of‐house support, and playing an active role in student engagement initiatives. With a focus on professional communication and accurate record‐keeping, you'll help create a positive, supportive experience that enhances student success and contributes to the university's broader goals.
Please note: there may be a requirement to undertake work during non‐standard hours and opportunities for recreational leave may also be restricted during peak periods.

You will
* Effectively manage student, staff and visitor matters received via phone, email, and face‐to‐face enquiries;
* Proactively refer students to relevant specialist staff and follow up if required;
* Establish and maintain effective relationships with students, staff and clients through professional communications and efficient use of electronic records systems.
About you
You're a natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to show empathy, maintain confidentiality, and resolve conflicts professionally. You're digitally savvy, with strong experience using CRM systems, and you thrive in fast‐paced environments where you can juggle competing priorities with ease. Your strengths lie in building strong relationships across a wide range of stakeholders, and your sharp analytical and problem‐solving abilities mean you're always ready to develop practical solutions and take initiative when it matters most.
You will possess
* An Associate Diploma, combined with experience in a customer‐focused environment, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience, education, and training;
* Demonstrated experience and ability to recognise and respond appropriately to a range of student's inquiries;
* An understanding of the challenges that might arise supporting students in distress.
