Full Time Room Leader Role Available at our Fremantle School.
We’re excited to announce the opening of our brand-new, state-of-the-art early learning school in Fremantle.
With one highly successful school already established in Perth since 2018, we’re now looking for a Room Leader for our second location!

Our School, The Akidamy, is looking for a current Room Leader.
Work in a beautiful, purpose-built setting with ample resources.
Highly competitive remuneration package ranging from $37.26/hr to $38.39/hr depending on qualifications and experience.
Discounted childcare fees
Shifts available that range from 6.30am - 6pm.
Walking distance to the Fremantle train station and transport links and be financially rewarded for walking/using public transport to arrive/go home.
The option to work a 9-day fortnight after a 6-month period
Two paid Wellness Days a year in addition to Annual Leave
Earn $1,000 if you refer a friend to work at the Akidamy

There are some requirements you will need to have:
Qualifications
Experience Needed
Previous substantial experience (2 years minimum) working in an early childhood setting ideally in a under 4yrs environment
Completed a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
An ability to plan cutting-edge and engaging child-initiated curriculums, incorporating both indoor and outdoor environments, sustainability and nature play
Be able to document children’s learning and development to a high standard to make children’s learning visible
An open mindset that is positive and adaptable to change
You will receive at least 2 hrs/week to create curriculum and do your observations.
Our school is beautiful, and purpose built enhanced with digital technology, and has lots of resources including two designated Ateliers and a Yoga Studio.
Our School Chef will cook you lunch every day, so just bring yourself!
