* Applicants should hold relevant qualifications or have extensive experience in microbiology labs and PC2 facilities.
* Strong interpersonal skills are essential to engage diverse stakeholders, including excellent organisation, research, and prioritisation skills in complex environments.
* A proactive, customer-focused approach, along with the ability to work independently or in a team, is required.
* Knowledge of WHS legislation, risk assessment, and lab safety procedures is mandatory.
