Your new role:
As the Administration Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring the effective delivery of administrative services across community and inpatient adult mental health settings. Key responsibilities include:
Leading and managing a multidisciplinary administrative workforce (5.3 FTE), fostering a culture of professionalism, collaboration and continuous development
Providing high-level administrative and governance support to the Bayside Mental Health leadership team to enable delivery of strategic and operational priorities
About you:
You are an experienced and confident people leader with a strong background in complex healthcare or public sector environments, who thrives in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting. You will bring:
Demonstrated experience leading administrative teams, with strong capability in workforce management, performance development and change leadership
Highly developed interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organisational levels and external stakeholders
