We are seeking a team member to assist with meal preparation and service for our residents.
About the Role
* Provide resident meal service, including assisting with meal preparation and serving quality meals to residents.
* Support colleagues and maintain a positive working environment.
* Work safely to protect yourself, colleagues, and residents.
Requirements
* A passion for delivering exceptional care to seniors.
* Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
* Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) - highly desirable but not essential.
* Good understanding of food safety practices, kitchen cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
* Strong interpersonal skills with experience interacting with diverse groups of people.
* Able to establish and maintain professional relationships with residents and their families.
* NDIS and Police check clearance or willingness to obtain.
