Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legislation.
* Utilize SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) for seamless data management.
* Collaborate with Finance and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
* Contribute to process improvements and participate in non-payroll activities during off-cycle weeks.
* Report to a supportive leader within a flat team structure.
About You
* Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing, ideally with complex Enterprise Agreements.
* Deep expertise in SuccessFactors EC and ECP.
* Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, taxation, and superannuation.
* Attention to detail and data accuracy.
* Excellent communication skills.
