Job Description:
The Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the Residential Living asset class, ensuring effective deployment of member capital to maximise returns.
This involves monitoring economic, regulatory, and residential sector conditions to identify new opportunities and manage risk.
Key responsibilities include managing market intelligence and strategic research to formulate and regularly update a targeted, demand-led national acquisition strategy.
The Senior Analyst will also review and contribute to the annual asset class review, ensuring strategies remain robust and effective.
Additionally, this role will lead transaction due diligence, reviewing and interrogating complex financial models from prospective joint venture partners.
Conducting detailed financial modelling of property and capital level inputs, making recommendations on deal structures based on opportunity, risks, and sensitivity analysis is another key aspect of this position.
As a Senior Analyst, you will assist with managing external consultants for independent due diligence and prepare detailed project plans and investment memoranda for asset consultant review and Board approval.
Furthermore, this role will involve participating in the monitoring of joint venture investments, managing the procurement of independent valuations, and assisting with internal and external reporting, including preparing Board papers and ad hoc reports as required.

* Advanced financial modelling skills
* Solid understanding of residential property development and finance fundamentals
* Able to navigate complexities of residential property development risks, acquisition pricing, and deal structuring
* Strategic capabilities, including drive to deliver results, business acumen, and sound judgment
* High ethical standards, integrity, and commitment to excellence in business and commercial dealings
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Estatemaster software
