Leadership Opportunity for Experienced Speech Pathologist
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Speech Pathologist who's ready to combine hands-on clinical practice with genuine leadership influence. As a Deputy Allied Health Manager, you'll maintain a manageable caseload while supporting and guiding a team of passionate clinicians.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a small NDIS caseload using evidence-based practice
* Directly manage a small group of clinicians and support the wider team
* Take the lead on projects and step in for the Allied Health Manager when required
* Contribute to service development, compliance standards, and quality improvements
* Mentor less experienced clinicians and oversee student placements
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and current professional registration
* At least 5 years' clinical experience, ideally with some leadership exposure
* Strong organisational and operational mindset (quality improvement, scheduling, risk management)
* Current Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, driver's licence, and reliable car
