The Role:
Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint a full time Site Manager to lead our aged care residence in Newcastle.
Roster: Monday to Friday. Hours vary to be across multiple points of service throughout the day/week. 40 hours/week.
What This Role Involves:
* Management of all site contract-scoped catering services
* Adherence to compliance and administration requirements as required
* Impeccable client relationship management
* Demonstrable team management, development & leadership
* Full financial performance and P&L responsibility with a focus on labour and food costs
* Adherence to food & safety practices
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Food Safety Certification (mandatory)
* Trade Certification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
* Management & customer service experience in a similar environment
* Experience or education in business or hospitality would be an advantage
* Own vehicle and driver's license is a must
