Your Skills & Experience 5 years of experience delivering business and technology projects, ideally in insurance or financial services Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) with relevant certifications (e.g. Prince2, PMP) Proven ability to manage complex programs from initiation to completion Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including at executive level High attention to detail with strong analytical and documentation skills Organised, proactive, and able to manage sensitive information with discretion A collaborative mindset with a strong customer service ethic and a "can-do" attitude About you You're a confident and adaptable project leader with a proven ability to deliver complex business and technology initiatives.
