Facilities Contracts Specialist – Government (WA)
12‐Month Contract | Leederville, WA | Up to $85.84/hr
A WA Government organisation is seeking an experienced Facilities Contracts Specialist to manage and improve facilities management contracts.This is a new position offering an ASAP start, working 38 hours per week on a 6–12 month contract. You will support operational facilities services through contract development, lifecycle management and supplier performance oversight, working closely with Facilities, Procurement, Finance and Fleet teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and review Scopes of Work (SOWs) for facilities and maintenance services
* Manage facilities management contracts end‐to‐end, including renewals and variations
* Monitor supplier performance, KPIs and service levels
* Maintain contract records and renewal schedules
* Ensure compliance with government, WHS and procurement requirements
About You
* Strong experience in contract management, facilities management or procurement
* Proven ability to develop detailed SOWs for facilities or maintenance services
* Good understanding of commercial terms, compliance and risk
* Experience working with contract or procurement systems
* Government or public sector experience
