We are seeking an Inventory Management Specialist to join our warehouse operations team. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock quantities and locations, conducting cycle counts, and resolving inventory discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute scheduled cycle counts and support stocktakes
* Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
* Maintain accurate stock quantities and locations
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations
* Support quality control checks and product damage investigations
* Respond to inventory queries in a timely manner
Requirements:
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Great counting skills and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
* Previous experience in retail or supply chain management (a plus)
* Familiarity with MS Excel and WMS systems (a bonus)
* Experience with RF scanners and forklift operation (additional benefits)
