Job Title: People and Culture Business Partner
We are seeking a skilled professional to collaborate with leaders at our Ernest Henry operation to address worker needs, advance short-term strategies, and promote a productive workplace.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting leaders in addressing workforce needs, implementing human resources practices, and fostering an inclusive work culture.
* Providing expert guidance on policy interpretation, processes, and best practices, while coaching frontline leaders.
* Collaborating with the human resources team to support the delivery of business plans, goals, and targets.
* Partnering with leaders at Ernest Henry to implement organizational development strategies.
* Developing tailored human resources initiatives for EHO, ensuring alignment with industry trends and strategic goals.
* Providing strategic advice on performance management processes, including crafting role descriptions and setting key performance indicators.
* Navigating industrial relations matters, including policy interpretation, enterprise agreements, and employee relations activities.
* Contributing insights and analysis to the human resources monthly report and assisting in preparing the P&C budget for EHO.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A degree in human resources, psychology, or a related field.
* Proven experience in human resources, preferably in a similar role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
* Strong leadership and coaching skills.
* Capacity to navigate industrial relations matters and provide expert guidance on policy interpretation and best practices.
