Excellent opportunity for an Estate Appraiser to support the management of a large and complex property portfolio across Defence and government environments. Working closely with asset management and estate teams, you will undertake condition assessments, asset verification audits, and data quality reviews to ensure the integrity of estate information used to support maintenance, infrastructure planning, and compliance activities. This role involves some travel to operational sites across NSW
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct physical and desktop asset condition assessments
* Perform asset verification and data quality audits
* Validate and maintain asset information within estate management systems
* Identify and resolve data discrepancies and compliance issues
* Produce reports and recommendations to support estate planning and investment decisions
* Engage with stakeholders, contractors and technical specialists during audit activities
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across asset management process
About
* Experience conducting asset inspections, audits or condition assessments
* Knowledge of asset management principles and lifecycle planning
* Strong reporting and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proficiency with Excel and asset management systems
* Experience working within Defence, government or regulated infrastructure environments (highly regarded)
* Certificate IV in Asset Management or a quantity surveying qualification
* Australian Citizenship is essential
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance
