About our opportunities
We’re looking for a community-focused and commercially minded M365 Technical Pre-Sales Consultant / Solutions Engineer to join our team in Australia. This role emphasizes community engagement and advocacy within the Microsoft 365 and MSP space, with a strong focus on pre-sales, post-sales, and technical support functions. You will foster relationships with customers across the Australia region, understand their needs, and provide tailored Microsoft 365 and inforcer solutions. You’ll lead advocacy within the Microsoft space and support our MSP community to become better Microsoft Partners, leading conversations at events and conferences while supporting our internal team.
What you’ll be doing
- Deliver presentations to potential prospects and drive one-to-many enablement sessions with our partners
- Support MSPs to become better Microsoft partners
- Stay up to date with Microsoft 365 developments, recent features, and best practices
- Help clients understand our product and services through onboarding and enablement
- Support product development with your knowledge and expertise within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Become a trusted technical resource to support sales and post-sales processes, adding deep technical knowledge to conversations
- Leverage experience in building and managing high-impact partnerships in the Microsoft, MSP and SaaS marketplace
- Build programs to maximise the value of inforcer within the Microsoft and MSP ecosystem
- Utilise networks to increase inforcer’s market presence and act as the face of our community; attend regular events and conferences
- Drive our online community, particularly across Discord, to encourage engagement and partner enablement

Skills We Need for This Role
- Previous experience as a Technical Pre-sales Consultant, Solution Architect, Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer, ideally within the MSP or cybersecurity space
- Knowledge/experience in the MS Security Suite (Entra ID, Defender, Sentinel, Purview, Intune)
- Understanding of security frameworks (HIPAA, SOC2, NIST, ISO, GDPR, CIS, etc.)
- Proven ability to educate, mentor, and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Strong presentation skills
