Content is a key driver of how we educate, influence, and lead. As we scale, we're looking for a Videographer / Content Creator who can operate confidently in a fast-moving, high-standards environment and work directly with leadership.

About the Role
This is not a "set the camera and press record" role.
You'll be working closely with senior leadership, capturing high-impact content and rapidly refining it based on clear, direct feedback. We move fast, we care about quality, and we expect iteration.
You'll suit this role if you're comfortable:

* Owning the outcome, not just the footage

Key Responsibilities
* Film high-quality video content including talking head, b-roll, behind-the-scenes, and event footage
* Work directly with leadership to capture clear, confident, high-impact messaging
* Edit content for social media, marketing, and internal use
* Set up lighting, audio, and framing to a professional standard
* Take real-time and post-production feedback and implement changes quickly
* Manage footage and deliver polished final assets on deadline

What We're Looking For
* Based in Mackay, QLD (on-site work required)
* Proven experience in videography and video editing
* Strong technical skills across camera, lighting, and audio
* Comfortable working with senior leaders and high expectations
* Able to take direction, feedback, and refinement quickly
* Calm under pressure and organised in fast-paced environments
* Portfolio or examples of relevant video work (required)

* Experience producing content for Reels, Shorts, TikTok, or YouTube
* Photography experience
* Motion graphics or animation skills
