Your Role
As Chef, you will:
· Oversee day-to-day operations of the kitchen, adopting a hands-on, leadership-focused approach.
· Lead, mentor, and inspire a team to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards .
· Uphold our club’s reputation for safety, professionalism, and unforgettable hospitality experiences.
· Ensure compliance with all Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) and Food Safety policies and regulations.

Requirements
· Qualified Chef with minimum of 2yrs in a similar role
· Food Safety
· Excellent leadership and communication skills
