This key operational role ensures smooth day-to-day processes and contributes to the delivery of high-quality services across the CPC.Reporting to the Operations Manager (CPC), your key responsibilities will be to:work closely with the Operations Manager, CPC team, and broader university professional service unitsdeliver proactive day-to-day administrative support across the Centre's activitiesrespond to and triage queries from staff, students, and the public via phone, email, and in personcoordinate events and bookings processes in line with established proceduresmaintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in accordance with university policiessupport ad-hoc projects and help implement improved systems and practices.About yourelevant experience in business administration within a large multifaceted organisationproven ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems using sound judgmentexperience in organising events and functions within a complex organisational structurestrong customer service focus with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholdersability to coordinate successful events, managing logistics, timelines, and stakeholder expectationsexperience creating internal communications and newsletters tailored to diverse audiences.Sponsorship / work rights for AustraliaPlease note: you must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this employment to apply.
