Payroll Administrator
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Manage payroll transactions and maintain accurate records
* Ensure compliance with Australian workplace relations system and related legislation
* Provide exceptional employee support and respond to payroll-related queries
* Assist with payroll-related projects and initiatives

About the Role
As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for:
* Commencing employees, maintaining staff details, and terminating employees in the payroll system
* Ensuring compliance with relevant awards, enterprise bargaining agreements (EBAs), and legislation
* Managing payroll queries, including rostering, superannuation, and entitlements matters
* Providing exceptional employee support and responding to payroll-related queries
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience in a complex payroll environment, preferably using SAP
* Proficient understanding of the Australian workplace relations system and sources of employer and personal obligations in relation to payroll
* Accomplished understanding of and ability to apply payroll procedures and practices
* Advanced research skills and the ability to source information on various issues to resolve problems and queries
* Well-developed organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities and work to tight deadlines
