An exciting opportunity is available to utilise your leadership skills at South Eastern Centre against Sexual Assault and Family Violence (SECASA) as Clinical Lead - Dandenong MDC, Grade 3.
- Social Worker or Psychologist Grade 3, ongoing position
- Full time - 1.0 EFT (40 hours per week with 1 x monthly ADO)

Be part of a vital service within a vibrant organisation, supporting a committed clinical team. This position supports the Team Leaders who manages clinical operations of the SECASA Dandenong SASSFV team. As a member of the leadership team, this position will support operationalising SECASA's strategic direction. This includes support to enable SECASA to achieve service targets within budget as specified in service agreements by DFFH. The clinical Lead will have a strong emphasis on collaborative leadership, building and supporting a resilient team, and outstanding communication resulting in positive client outcomes. The position has a strong emphasis on driving practice improvement including incorporating therapeutic modalities all counsellor advocates receive training in, increase counsellor autonomy, lead the clinical review process and have a strong emphasis on supervision, reflective practice, participate in joint counselling sessions and in the training and orientation of new staff who participate in the SECASA orientation program.

The South Eastern Centre against Sexual Assault and Family Violence (SECASA) provides sexual assault and family violence therapeutic support services and advocacy across nine locations within south eastern metropolitan region of Melbourne. SECASA delivers a wide range of services including individual and group counselling, advocacy, crisis support, and community education prioritising the empowerment of victim survivors.

**The Role**:

- Support leadership of the daily operations of SECASA SASSFV Dandenong team based at the MDC, ensuring quality and timely service provision.
- To develop and provide relevant training and information both in house and to external stakeholder services including participating in secondary consultation.
- To collect and maintain data related to trends in service demand, gaps, type of service, areas, and acceptance of referrals
- To provide high quality clinical supervision, education sessions, joint counselling, and ongoing support and skill development to SECASA Counsellor/Advocates
