About the Position:-
We require an Administrative Assistant to join our Internal Sales and Management team.
Reporting to the General Manager and Sales Manager, duties will include:-
* Telephone and Front desk customer assistance
* Assisting in the maintenance and management of our file servers
* Assisting the Management with Import/Export paperwork, Freight Tracking and management
Successful Candidates will have:-
* Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power point)
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Good Presentation
* Computer Skills
* High degree of organisational ability
* Good attention to detail
