Warehouse Manager – Full Time – Carindale, Queensland.
Harvey Norman is an Australian retail icon in the home and lifestyle space, looking for a customer‑service focused Warehouse Manager to deliver great service to customers.
Responsibilities
* Understand and manage dispatching and receiving of orders.
* Coordinate loading of trucks and ensure accurate, timely distribution of goods in and out of the warehouse.
* Check delivery sheets and maintain accurate records.
* Coach, roster and motivate staff, leading an enthusiastic team.
* Maintain WH&S policies and procedures and a safe working environment.
* Prioritize workload, meet deadlines and remain flexible across retail trading hours, including weekends, public holidays and late‑night shifts.
Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Highly motivated, results‑driven with outstanding customer‑service orientation.
* Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
* Experience in warehouse management and operations.
* Ability to coach, lead and motivate a team.
* Strong eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.
* Flexibility to work across retail trading hours, including weekends, public holidays and late‑night shifts.
* Current forklift, driver and picker licences (essential).
