About the Business:
Our United Food Co Aust Pty Ltd, is a family-owned Food Wholesale business, established in the year 2000, providing exceptional products and service to our customers, including the independent retail supermarket & food outlet trade.
About the Role:
We currently have a new, full-time position available for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Sales Cadet to join our team based in Adelaide. This exciting new role involves working with a collaborative sales team, performing a diverse range of tasks. The successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Merchandising
* Sales & Relief Calls
* Supporting the Territory Managers
* Working alone with trust that the job is getting done
About You:
We are seeking applications from candidates who enjoy a high level of physical work, enjoy rolling up their sleeves to perform a diverse range of tasks and have the desire and ambition to grow within a very successful family-owned company. Finding the right person to fill this role is very important to OUFCA as we are very passionate about what we do and therefore, we require someone who is committed, hardworking, flexible and a great all-round team player.
The ideal candidate will possess the following Skills, experience & licences:
* Supermarket experience (highly desirable but not mandatory)
* Passionate about building strong working relationships and have exceptional follow-up skills.
* Displays a positive attitude at all times, especially when dealing with senior management and customers.
* Is well presented, a go-getter and can hit the ground running.
* Is passionate about achieving sales targets and understanding the DIRECT supplier business.
* Must possess a current and unrestricted Driver’s licence.
