At SEEK, we help organisations hire better by connecting them with the right talent through our market-leading platform. We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of large MNC, startup, and enterprise clients across Southern Malaysia.
You will manage established enterprise accounts and deepen strategic relationships with senior HR and business stakeholders. Reporting to the Sales Team Manager in Johor, you will drive renewals, expand solution adoption, and identify growth opportunities within existing partnerships. You will use data, market insights, and competitive intelligence to position SEEK as a long-term talent partner. Success in this role means building trusted executive relationships, achieving revenue targets, and delivering measurable hiring outcomes for your clients.
This is a field-based, individual contributor role requiring regular client engagement across the Southern region.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise clients
Drive renewals and identify upsell opportunities
Conduct strategic account reviews with senior stakeholders
Use performance data to recommend hiring solutions
Develop account growth plans aligned to client goals
Monitor market trends and position against competitors
Achieve revenue and retention targets
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B enterprise sales or account management
Proven experience managing large corporate or MNC clients
Experience selling solutions, platforms, or subscription-based services
Fluent in Mandarin and English for business communication
Experience using CRM systems and data to drive client strategy
