We're looking for a Finance and Administration Officer to join us full-time on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone early in their finance career who is organised, eager to learn, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to their work.
You'll work closely with our experienced Finance Manager and be supported with training, guidance, and real hands-on experience to help you grow your skills and confidence over time.
What you'll be doing
Reporting to the Financial Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Completing bank account reconciliations
* Accounts receivable and payable
* Supporting end-of-month close activities
* General administrative and office support tasks

What we're looking for
* A valid driver licence and access to a car
* 1–2 years' experience in a finance or admin-based role (or strong practical exposure through study/work placements)
* A degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or a similar.
* Confidence using Microsoft Excel and Word
* Experience with Xero or a similar accounting system is an advantage, but not essential.
