As the Change Analyst, you will be joining this local government organization and will be responsible for preparing and supporting all stakeholders and end users through the changes expected as part of their transformation project.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Undertake change portfolio analysis to track and report on the organisation's capacity to absorb change and the risks associated with the planned change program.
- Develop and maintain documentation and reports which measure and inform the progress across the change portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, including senior leaders, program teams, the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office, Learning and Development and Internal Communication teams.
- Collaborate with the Change Management Team in building change capability, supporting decisions regarding work prioritization and support Change Managers, change agents and the business in content for communications and engagement as well as supporting training and other change activities that enable a successful change adoption for affected stakeholders.
- Support activities to maximise adoption post go-live and support business transition to BAU.
**To be successful in the role**:
- Relevant change management certification (PCI, APMG, Agile Change Leadership, Prosci) or demonstrated equivalent competency is highly desirable.
- Experience in establishing, maintaining and reporting documentation to track project schedules and programs of work.
- Experience in the development content for communications and providing administrative support.
- Strong administrative and technical skills, including an intermediate level of proficiency in standard the MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, MS Project)
- Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organisation with exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
