A rare opportunity exists to become an assistant gelato maker. You will be trained by experienced professionals in the art of old-world gelato making.

2. Previous experience as a chef or pastry is essential.
3. Attention to detail, quality passion, high standards of hygiene, and a strong work ethic are also crucial.
4. Hours will vary depending on the season, with a minimum of 25 hours per week and up to 35 hours.
