The Opportunity
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible to develop and profitably grow the customer base in a well-established territory and will provide outstanding customer service in line with the Trade Sales Strategy.
**Your day to day will look like**:
Design, implementation and execution of sales activities and plans
Account management and understanding of key account customers
Maintain and execute call plans in line with sales strategy
Work with store network; facilitate and maintain regular communication of trade painter activities to local trade stores
Meet budget and KPI objectives across revenue, gross margin, product & service mix
Reporting - sales & budget performances and market, competitor & trend analysis.
What you will bring and develop
You are a go-getter with a passion for sales. You are able to work with multiple stakeholders at all levels, with trade painters, end users, stores, trade agents, specifiers & other influencers. Ideally you can demonstrate:
Proven track record in trade sales and maximising revenue from existing accounts.
Demonstrated experience in face to face, trade selling.
Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport, influence & negotiate.
Proficient in computers with the ability to interpret data
