Accenture Song's Data & AI team works from strategy to implementation, collaborating with clients to accelerate the experimentation lifecycle, deepen the understanding of key customer value drivers, improve business outcomes, and drive innovation across industries.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver customer and marketing data strategy, aligned with client needs and guiding adoption to maximise data‐driven value.
* Analyse and synthesise findings, and drive the definition of recommendations and strategic roadmaps based on client priorities and capabilities.
* Develop projects in segmentation, personalisation and predictive modelling to deliver actionable outcomes.
* Collaborate cross‐functionally to deliver integrated data‐driven marketing solutions.
* Build and maintain trusted client relationships and ensure consulting excellence.
* Drive continuous improvement and innovation in data and AI for marketing, adopting new approaches to enhance marketing and operational outcomes.

What we need
* Proven experience in a consulting or business environment, preferably in a role that involves advanced data analysis and reporting.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, R and Python and/or tools like Tableau and Power BI.
* Comfort supporting business‐development activity in response to specific client opportunities or requests – contributing a point of view to proposals and content creation.
* Experience working on customer‐centric projects in a top‐tier consulting firm or internal marketing strategy team.
