About Your RoleAs a key member of the Learning and Leadership team, you'll be at the forefront of designing, evolving, and implementing our learning footprint for the Customer portfolio. With your strong instructional design skills, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to craft, develop, and deliver dynamic and engaging learning programs that build the capability of our people.
What Your Role Will Involve

Design, develop, procure, and facilitate practical, innovative, and engaging learning solutions (standard and bespoke) that align with Water Corporation's strategic goals and enhance workforce capability.
Maintain the integrity of Water Corporation's learning solutions by staying updated on current research, trends, and techniques; producing high-quality professional learning materials.
Identify and communicate issues/themes emerging from L&D data and work context, partnering with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
Manage L&D Panels to ensure ongoing alignment of services and optimal sourcing from the L&D Panel.
Coordinate the end-to-end process of e-learning and multimedia learning products, ensuring consistency and compliance with governance and legislative requirements.
Provide consultancy services and advice on all matters related to learning and development.
Support Relationship Managers and Business Managers through designing and facilitating programs or brokering L&D services.
Comply with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and ethical standards.

Key Skills And Experience

Tertiary qualification (e.g., Certificate IV in Training and Assessment).
Significant experience in delivering learning and development tools and programs within a large, multidisciplinary organization.
Experience managing programs/projects effectively.
Knowledge of vocational training systems, including competency-based assessment and national training packages.
Experience in needs analysis, instructional design, course development, delivery, facilitation, assessment, and evaluation of learning programs, using various methodologies.
Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning products.
Experience supporting operational workforces with corporate learning.
Experience supporting customer-facing or contact center workforces with technical skills is preferred.
